SHIPPING POLICY

At Mr. Wheels Share Service Pvt. Ltd, Mother Concern of Greenrgy Battery, we strive to deliver your lithium battery products safely and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, dispatch, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized or bulk OEM orders may take 5–7 business days depending on production and availability.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

• We ship through reliable logistics partners authorized to carry lithium batteries in compliance with DGCA/IATA regulations (for air cargo) and road transport safety guidelines.
• Estimated delivery time within India: 5–7business days (subject to location and courier serviceability).
• Remote, rural, or restricted regions may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated at checkout or mentioned in the quotation.
• For bulk OEM orders, shipping will be charged on actuals based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional orders (as announced by the company).

4. Packaging & Safety

• All lithium batteries are packed in UN-approved packaging with proper labelling as per DGCA/IATA/ADR/IMDG guidelines.
• Safety measures are strictly followed to prevent transit damage, leakage, or hazards.

5. Tracking & Updates

• Once shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to get activated.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

• In case of visible damage at delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately.
• If the shipment is lost or delayed beyond 15 days, we will coordinate with the courier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund as applicable).

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we ship within India. For international shipments, prior approval and compliance with export and hazardous goods regulations are required.
