1. Purpose
The purpose of this Product Return Policy is to establish clear guidelines regarding the return of products purchased from Greenrgy Lithium Battery. The policy ensures transparency, consistency, and customer satisfaction while protecting the interests of both Greenrgy and its business partners.

- Dealers
- Distributors
- State Franchise Partners
- District Franchise Partners
- Retailers
- OEM Customers
- Corporate Customers
- Institutional Buyers
- Online Purchasers
- Offline Purchasers
3. Eligible Return Conditions
A. Wrong Product Delivered
- Incorrect battery model supplied.
- Wrong voltage, capacity, or specification delivered.
- Mismatch with purchase order or invoice.
B. Transit Damage
- Physical damage occurring during transportation.
- Damaged packaging or visible product damage.
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
C. Manufacturing Defect at Delivery
- Product found defective before installation.
- Subject to technical verification by Greenrgy.
D. Missing Components
- Missing accessories.
- Missing documentation.
- Incomplete shipment.

5. Conditions for Acceptance of Return
- Product must be unused and uninstalled.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Serial number labels must be undamaged.
- Warranty seals must remain intact.
- Purchase invoice must be provided.
- Supporting photographs/videos may be required.
- Product must pass Greenrgy inspection.
6. Return Authorization (RA) Process
No return shall be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number issued by Greenrgy.
Customers must submit:
- Invoice Copy
- Purchase Order (for B2B customers)
- Product Serial Number
- Product Images
- Detailed Return Reason
Greenrgy reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification.
7. Non-Returnable Products
- Installed or commissioned batteries.
- Used products.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products damaged due to mishandling.
- Products damaged by water, fire, accidents, or natural disasters.
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
- Clearance, promotional, or discontinued products.
8. Product Inspection
Upon receipt, all returned products shall undergo inspection by Greenrgy's technical team. The inspection will verify product condition, serial number authenticity, warranty status, and the reported issue. Greenrgy's inspection findings shall be final and binding.
9. Transportation Responsibility
- Approved returns may be picked up by Greenrgy or shipped as instructed.
- Unauthorized returns shall be rejected.
- Customers must ensure secure packaging during transportation.
- Damage caused during return transit due to improper packaging shall remain the customer's responsibility.
10. Product Replacement
If a return is approved, Greenrgy may replace the returned product with the same model or an equivalent specification product, subject to stock availability and technical assessment.
11. Dealer & Distributor Returns
- Returns shall only be processed through registered business accounts.
- Bulk return requests require prior written approval.
- Stock rotation requests are not covered under this policy.
- Returns must follow Greenrgy's approved channel process.
12. Warranty Claims
Products covered under warranty shall be handled separately under Greenrgy's Warranty Policy. Warranty claims are not considered product returns and may result in repair, replacement, or technical service support based on inspection results.
13. Limitation of Liability
Greenrgy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of business, loss of profits, installation expenses, labor charges, transportation costs, or other commercial losses arising from product use or inability to use the product.
14. Right to Modify Policy
Greenrgy reserves the right to amend, update, modify, suspend, or withdraw this Product Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect on the date of purchase shall govern the transaction.
