5. Non-Refundable Products & Services

- Products without Serial Number Labels.
6. B2B Dealer, Distributor & Franchise Orders
The following shall generally be treated as non-refundable:
- Dealer Security Deposits.
- Distributor Security Deposits.
- State Franchise Fees.
- District Franchise Fees.
- Service Franchise Fees.
- Training Fees.
- Marketing & Branding Fees.
- OEM Development Charges.
If any refund is approved by management, Greenrgy Power reserves the right to deduct:
- Minimum 25% Administrative Charges.
- Inventory Holding Cost.
- Applicable Taxes.
- Logistics Expenses.
- Depreciation Charges.
7. GST & Tax Adjustment Policy
- GST shall be adjusted according to prevailing GST laws.
- If GST credit notes cannot be issued, the GST amount may become non-refundable.
- Any statutory deduction required under law shall be applicable.
8. Warranty Claims
- Warranty service is separate from refund eligibility.
- Warranty claims may result in repair, refurbishment, or replacement.
- Warranty approval is subject to technical inspection and battery health verification.

Greenrgy Power reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, partially approve, or modify any refund request based on:

- Battery Health Status.
- Usage History.
- Warranty Compliance.
- Applicable Government Regulations.
The decision of Greenrgy Power regarding refund eligibility and refundable amount shall be final and binding on customers, dealers, distributors, franchisees, and business partners.
